What do you enjoy most about our law practice?

Shari is passionate about helping people achieve their business goals. She loves being a business owner and manager. She also understands it is difficult to put together all of the planning for the future of the business while being so busy with everyday activities. Lawyers are in a unique consulting relationship with their clients and she thinks that we can do more to help business owners look at the bigger picture so that they can successfully protect and grow their companies. Shari believes that entrepreneurial business is essential to our economy and that they need help to survive and thrive given the failure rate and that good legal counsel can help.

How do you express your creativity?

Shari loves art, animals, endurance horseback riding and spending time with friends and family. She has three dogs, two horses and nine fish. She enjoys reading (a lot of biographies of people who make a difference in the world) and writing. She does a little art, but mostly she spends a lot of time training her two horses for endurance rides. She has a strong interest in seeing potential in people and ideas. She participates in her own growth and development personally and professionally and often serves as a sounding board for friends and colleagues.

How are you entrepreneurial?

Shari thinks that leaving an established law firm to start a new firm from scratch is definitive of being an entrepreneur. Shari started her first business when she was 16 called Impressions at a Glance in which she designed business cards and logos. Everyone around her is always doing something new or on the side and Shari does a lot of listening and providing supportive counsel. She also serves on Board’s and committees that help people achieve their goals.     

What are your dreams?

Shari wants to travel doing horseback riding tours all over the world. These tours consist of horseback riding during the day and enjoying great food and wine to relax in the evenings. Shari wants to have a ranch with lots of horses, dogs, and other animals, combined with a spiritual retreat conference center. Shari dreams of making MosterWynne an alternative law firm for attorneys and clients. One infused with passion and creativity that helps people achieve success.

How do you apply your creativity and passion to MosterWynne and our clients? 

As a business owner and attorney in the government and large firms, Shari truly empathizes with our clients. She has faced a lot of the issues that they are facing while developing MosterWynne. Shari is passionate about and committed to helping our clients. A standard of excellence and innovation is important to her and the firm. Shari is always seeking to better serve MosterWynne to make it the best it can be for our employees and clients.
