What do you enjoy most about our law practice?

Charlie is passionate about his responsibility to offer dedicated and relevant legal/business services to entrepreneurs. In his view, it is tough to truly serve entrepreneurs unless you are one. As a third generation entrepreneur, he has come to learn that business owners are a special breed and share a need for independence, risk taking, and measurable success. Big egos and passion are essential components of this equation. As a lawyer for 22 plus years, Charlie has acquired a skill set of great value to our clients. His sensibilities as an attorney and business person allows him to better utilize his training and experience to bring new business ideas and ventures to life for companies of all sizes.

How do you express your creativity?

Charlie loves the process of creating something that never existed before - whether it’s a new business or a work of art. When he is involved in that process he feels truly engaged in life and a tremendous sense of accomplishment. Charlie has lots of creative activities from music composition to playwriting to gardening. Several of his original musicals have been produced and aired by KUNM (National Public Radio for Albuquerque/Santa Fe), including Again and Taken in 2007, and A Different Engine and Happy ChollaDay! in 2008. Stay tuned because Charlie has more at different stages of production. He is particularly proud of his exploits as an amateur gardener and a large, working pond which he personally dug out and designed. 

How are you entrepreneurial?

Charlie reports he was born an entrepreneur. His grandfather Max came to America in 1899 with a few bucks in his pocket and a dream. Max excelled at selling magazines in the streets of Manhattan and fantasized how anything in America is possible - even launching a brand new business with no experience. Max transformed his magazine business into a publishing company which grew to include offices in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Montreal. Charlie’s parents were the same way and encouraged the importance of pursuing your dreams with conviction and passion. Charlie notes "you can’t give it away unless you have it!"

What are your dreams?

Charlie is a big dreamer. He wants to grow and perfect our unique business model at MosterWynne and give company leaders and entrepreneurs a real place to go for advice, encouragement, and mentoring. He also would like to produce more plays and learn how to successfully grow grapes in his garden. 

How do you apply your creativity and passion to MosterWynne and our clients? 

Charlie seeks to apply his creativity in everything he does. Most important, he wants to really listen to what our clients have to say about their vision for the future. He maintains that creativity offers so many avenues to our clients to achieve fulfillment and success - what creative expression is all about!
