Business and Funding Consultations are provided through MWR Legal, and access to firm consultants' experience, expertise, and networks are a value-added service for MWR Legal clients.

Funding Consultations 

1-2 hours, $300 flat fee

MWR Legal and Mr. Hall Martin offer mentorship and coaching for entrepreneurs who are interested in raising equity capital.  Mr. Martin will work together with Shari Wynne or Richard Ressler of MWR Legal to meet with startup companies and assess their current situation and needs in order to develop strategies for raising capital.

Strategic Growth Consulting

MWR Legal and select consultants work with entrepreneur clients to guide strategic decisions throughout the development process.  Strategic Growth Consulting helps the client focus on priorities, set long and short term goals, and design a strategic plan supported by programs, systems, and services that create economic benefits for the company and its customers.
